I painted a set of three black and white oils for a show at
Market Street Art Center in Lockport, New York. Clouds shroud the
cliff walls around Upper Yosemite Falls.
NEVADA FALLS from EMERALD POOL

Emerald Pool is located at the edge of Vernal Falls. You
can see Nevada falls in the background.
EL CAPITAN in BLACK & WHITE

HALF DOME with SNOW Oil Painting, 8"x10" $250.
Half Dome is one of the most majestic monoliths in the world, in the Yosemite Valley there are many. This is a small painting of Half Dome in snow on a
clear day.
The night the mist from the waterfalls clings to the
wall of the granite cliffs. When the sun shines on it the ice breaks
away from the granite. The crashing sound echos back and forth in the
valley.
GLACIER POINT FROM MIRROR LAKE Oil Painting,

Mirror Lake has filled up with sand and silt
over the years but you can still see some wonderful reflections there.
CARDINALS and HALF DOME Watercolor Painting, 11"x14" $325.
Clouds linger around the base of Half Dome with two cardinals in the evergreen tree.
YOSEMITE VALLEY Oil

My first large Yosemite painting was painted in 1981 it is still one
of my sentemental favorite paintings. The view is from the tunnel and was the first of many paintings from that spot.
YOSEMITE FALLS WITH BEAR Oil Painting, 12"x24", $800.
This Painting and the one below it are a set. In the winter
months bear and other wildlife feel at home on the less populated warmer
valley floor.

You can see many awesome views of El Capitan along
the Merced River. Painting Yosemite in the winter for me is the most
beautiful expirience I can think of. The set can be purchased for $1500.
